We manufacture Aluminum Collapsible Tubes ranging from diameter of 11 mm to 35 mm. The length can be varied according to customer requirement in a range of 57 mm. to 190 mm. Our aluminum tubes are also available with numerous neck sizes and dispensing options.Tubes are used for packing a variety of products. 2) Aluminum Blanks: Made of 99.7% minimum purity aluminium.
3) Internal Lacquer: Type-Expoxy Phenolic Resin. Colour-Gold.
4) External Base Coat: Type-Polyester enamel;Colour-White.
5) Internal Sealing Band: Type-Synthetic latex. Colour-Gray.
6) Diameter (mm): 11/13.5/16/19/22/25/28/30/32;Length:40-200mm;Volume:1-120g(1-120ml)
7) Printing: 1-6 colors as requested .
8) Manufacturing Environment: The construction with GMP regulations 100,000 grade cleaning in production packing workshop.
9) Manufacturing Standard: DIN5061 or BS2006-84/EN13046-2000.
